Sine began acting at a young age in elementary school productions, then continued on to middle and high school, where she trained more rigorously. At Roosevelt School of the Arts, she completed the 4-year theatre program, in which she performed in multiple productions and directed the own one-act play 10,000 Cigarettes.

Sine has since acted professionally as a Guest Artist, in freelance work, and through local community theatre productions.
